All rental agreements are subject to the terms of this refund policy agreement.
Refund Policy:
- Jet ski rentals’ canceled due to weather are decided by Siesta Skis and in the event riding is determined unfit rental agreement payments will be 100% refundable or may be rescheduled for a later time
- Jet ski rental cancellations made within the 24 hour notice policy are non-refundable
- Jet ski rental cancellations made before the 24 hour notice policy are subject to a non-refundable $50 fee per jet ski
- All jet ski rentals that are approved for rescheduling are limited to a 1 time schedule change and completely non-refundable after reschedule
- Process of refund (terms of refund, duration, and payments are distributed after collection)
- No shows and cancellations are considered an incomplete transaction at the expense of the customer who reserved the jet ski equipment. All payments made during reservation should be considered non-refundable
We stand by our quality of equipment and service and reserve jet skis at the specific time agreed upon at booking.
